SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING

SCHEDULE A SERVICE VISIT
Spring Visit - $110.00 up to 8 zones + $10.00 per additional zone. Turn water on, check plumbing & backflow preventer, activate controller, set program, clean and adjust rain sensor, operate & evaluate existing irrigation system, inspect & adjust heads & drip tubing to irrigate as efficiently as possible.

Routine Repair Call - $110.00 - Test, troubleshoot & evaluate existing irrigation system & make repairs as needed. See pricing note for more information.

Major Repair Call - $110.00 - For systems that haven't been operated in a few years, have issues with multiple zones &/or have damage to the main water supply or wiring our process is to schedule a preliminary service visit to temporarily restore the main line & control wire, do full evaluation, come up with an accurate proposal for the rest of the repairs. Give as much detail as possible in the appointment notes when scheduling. See pricing note for more information.

Mid-Season Visit - $110.00 - Check controller and valves for proper operation, re-set controller for proper seasonal watering, check and adjust all heads, check for dry f wet landscape & lawn areas. See pricing note for more information.

Fall Visit - $110.00 up to 8 zones + $10.00 per additional zone. Turn water off, drain inside pipes and back-flow preventer, deactivate controller, pump compressed air through all lines & heads to remove the water.

Landscape Lighting Service Visit - $110.00 - Turn on & evaluate transformers(s), light fixtures, reset/straighten fixtures, bury the exposed lighting wire & replace/upgrade existing to LED lamps (bulbs). See pricing note for more information.

PRICING NOTE - For all service visits - The visit fee is a minimum charge and it will cover the first (1st ) hour we're on the property, additional time we will billed at $95.00 per man hour, in 15 minute increments plus the price of the parts & material.
